2. Data Collection
The lists and items you create stay on your device.
sLists does not sell your list content or share it with third parties. The only thing sLists reports on its own is the anonymous usage analytics described below, which you can switch off in the app.
Local Data Storage
All data you enter into sLists (such as your lists and items) is stored exclusively on your local device. We have no access to this information, and it never leaves your device.

Usage analytics
sLists reports how it is used to our own servers in Ireland: the app and its version, the platform, a randomly generated device identifier, a session identifier, and the name of each event with its values. While you are signed in, your account identifier is attached. We use no third-party analytics SDK and nothing goes to an advertising network. After 30 days these rows leave the live database for a statistical archive with the account identifier stripped out.
You can switch this off at any time: Settings > Legal & Privacy > Anonymous analytics.
What We DO NOT Do

- We DO NOT build a behavioural profile of you
- We DO NOT sell or share data with third parties
- We DO NOT display advertisements
- We DO NOT use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers
3. Third-Party Services
Our app may contain links to or integration with third-party services. These third parties have their own privacy policies for which we are not responsible. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all third-party websites or services that you visit or use.
App Distribution Platforms
The app is offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery. When installing or purchasing the app through these platforms, these services may collect certain data. This data collection is subject to the respective privacy policies of the platforms:

Our services do not specifically address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete this information.
