1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Anthony Eli Rasch - sapplify ("sapplify", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use HIGHWAY.

2. Information we process

Game data on your device

HIGHWAY stores your progress, coins, owned cars and paints, achievements, settings, and a randomly generated installation identifier in the app's local save. This data stays on your device. Removing the app removes that local save unless your device platform restores it from a backup you control.

Our analytics

The game sends limited event data directly to sapplify's analytics service: a random installation identifier, a session identifier, app version, platform, event name, event values, and a timestamp. Event values can describe gameplay actions, consent and tracking status, and a completed purchase's product identifier, price, and currency. We do not send the contents of your local save, payment-card data, or store transaction receipts to this service. HIGHWAY has no account and does not attach these events to your name or email address.

Information we do not request

• We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, or precise location.
• We do not collect payment-card details or billing addresses.
• We do not require a sapplify Account to play HIGHWAY.

3. Rewarded ads, consent, and ATT

HIGHWAY contains three optional rewarded-ad placements: doubling a run's coins, continuing one crashed run, and doubling a daily bonus. There are no banner, interstitial, or forced ads. Choosing not to watch an ad does not stop you from playing.

Ads are provided by Google Mobile Ads. Before the first ad request, HIGHWAY uses Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain consent where required. On iOS, after that consent step, the game may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The game asks for the advertising identifier only when you authorize tracking. Declining tracking does not stop non-personalized ads from being available where consent permits them.

Google and its advertising partners may process device and online identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize ads. Their processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the choices presented through their consent flow and your device settings. We do not receive your advertising identifier in our own analytics service.

4. Purchases

HIGHWAY offers one non-consumable product, HIGHWAY PLUS, and three consumable coin packs. Apple processes iOS purchases through the App Store and Google processes Android purchases through Google Play. Their terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing: Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

We do not receive your payment method, billing address, or full store receipt. Locally, the game records whether HIGHWAY PLUS is owned and the coin balance. Our analytics records a completed purchase's product identifier, amount, and currency so we can reconcile the game's product performance. Consumable coins are local game data and do not restore after reinstalling; HIGHWAY PLUS can be restored through the store.

5. Why we process it

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on these bases:

• Performance of a contract: local game storage and purchase entitlement handling are necessary to provide the game and products you request.
• Consent: advertising consent and, on iOS, use of the advertising identifier are based on the choices made in the consent and ATT prompts.
• Legitimate interests: limited technical and gameplay analytics help us maintain, secure, debug, and improve HIGHWAY. We use a random installation identifier rather than a named account, and do not use this data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
• Legal obligations: we may retain or disclose information when required by applicable law.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with service providers: Supabase hosts our analytics database, Google provides the rewarded-ad and consent technology, and Apple or Google processes your purchase on the relevant store. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on the transfer mechanisms and safeguards those providers make available for their services.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

7. Retention and deletion

Your game save remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. We keep the live operational copy of analytics events for 30 days, then remove it from the live service and retain it in our access-controlled analytics archive as needed to understand long-term game performance, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Store providers retain their own purchase records under their policies.

Once analytics events are in the historical archive, they cannot currently be retrieved or erased by installation identifier. For a privacy request concerning information in the live analytics service, email privacy@sapplify.com with the identifier and enough information for us to locate it. We will assess your request under applicable law. We cannot delete information held independently by Apple, Google, or your device backup provider.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can manage advertising and tracking choices through the consent flow and your device settings. To exercise a privacy right, contact privacy@sapplify.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

HIGHWAY is not directed to children and is not enrolled in a children-specific app category. If you are not old enough to consent to data processing where you live, please use the game only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact privacy@sapplify.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, including encrypted transport for analytics requests and access controls for our services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when HIGHWAY or applicable law changes. We will publish the updated version here and change the last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
