Delete Your Sapplify Account

One Sapplify Account spans every Sapplify app. Deleting it removes your account from every app at once.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sapplify Account from inside any Sapplify app (sWeight, sCycle, sLists, sBudget, sMoment, sTrain). The flow is the same in every app and removes your account everywhere at once.

    Open Settings

    Open any Sapplify app and go to Settings (or Account).

    Open Account

    Tap on your account / profile section.

  • 3

    Choose Delete

    Select "Delete account".

    Confirm

    Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is permanently deleted across every Sapplify app.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your Sapplify Account, the following is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials (email, OAuth links)
  • Your profile (display name, preferences)
  • All cloud data across every Sapplify app you've signed into
  • Any active Sapplify Sync subscription will be marked cancelled (you may also need to cancel the store subscription in iOS or Google settings)

3. What Data May Be Retained

Local Device Data

Data stored locally on your device (in each Sapplify app) is not deleted by the account deletion flow. To remove it, uninstall the app from your device.

Processing Time

Server-side deletion is immediate. Backups and logs are retained for up to 7 days, after which they are permanently purged.
